The annual membership meeting of the Cornwall Little League will be held at the Little League cabin on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 7:00 PM.
At this meeting, the process of electing the 2017-2018 Board of Directors will begin. All members of the Cornwall Little League are eligible to vote.
The Executive Board positions will be filled and the names of the office holders passed along to New York District 19 and Little League Headquarters before the end of the month. The remaining positions will be filled to the extent possible.
All positions are open and nominations are being accepted by the secretary. Nominations in advance of the meeting are not required and may be done at the meeting. Candidates must be members of the Cornwall Little League.
Prior to making a nomination please confirm that the nominee is interested, willing and able to accept the position if elected. You may nominate yourself. If more than one nomination is received for a position, the nomination must be seconded at the meeting by someone other than the original nominator.
Any nominations received will be published in the agenda distributed prior to the meeting.
